Fieke is an independent designer with experience in graphic design for more than 25 years. She focuses on logo and brand design. Most recent clients are The Fork, Wasteland Investments, Friedrich and Trading Group Holland. The past ten years she has also been working as a learning experience designer and a design thinking trainer. She designed many innovative educational programs such as Handshake for the Amsterdam Creative Industries Network and the Creative Business Honors Program for Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
She studied Graphic & Typographic Design at the Royal Academy for Art in The Hague and Art- & Culture Science at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Kelvin has a background as economist and consultant at various startups and management consultancies. He has a strong track record of co-creating innovation ecosystems, designing organizational structures for self-managed team-based organizations, and developing world-improving business models and strategies. Kelvin thrives on solving complex problems by blending different skills and disciplines into working frameworks and innovative solutions.
He initiated the School of Management Innovation (SMI) from his belief that organizations are one of the few remaining places where people still collaborate for a common purpose. Therefore, he is convinced that organizations can play a key role in transforming our economic system into a system that distributes wealth in a fair way and regenerates earth’s life-giving systems. To propel this economic transformation, SMI designs and facilitates learning experiences and coaching programs to help organizations becoming more generous, purpose-driven and in service of society.
